About

I am a Dad & Husband to a wonderful, but crazy family. My extended family meets every year in Kentucky for our family reunion. I was never one to follow the crowd and when I graduated High School (a long time ago), decided to serve my country. I spent my formative years as a Reagan-era US Marine and as a Clinton-era FBI analyst (finding neither occupation conducive to family life). I have lived on both the West coast and on the East coast.

I am a Ronald Reagan Conservative and until the day his DNA is cloned, I will lean toward the libertarian party. I am a strong supporter of the office of the President but not always to the holder of that office. I support my country and believe it to be the greatest society in history. I support the decisions after 9/11 that took us into the Middle East and Afghanistan. I don’t support prolonged, under-funded, DOD efforts.

I think we should handle the middle east in much the same way the Soviets handled the retreating Germans in WWII by stomping them all the way back to Berlin. Other than oil, that part of the world has lately, not contributed anything to society.

I believe Saudi Arabia should reimburse the United States for saving their lazy asses in 1991 by giving us barrels of oil wrapped in pretty bows and ribbons… and do this while kissing our plump, American asses.

I was force-fed by Southern Baptists at an early age, but after witnessing various life-changing events since birth, I now put more faith in my 30GB Zune. I believe every human is entitled to worship to whatever God they choose. The minute they try and force-feed their beliefs on me is where I draw the line. I think the separation of Church & State ends when little kids are abused. Any religious group that practices intolerance is a cult (or terrorists).

I believe anyone that wants to come to this country and become a legal citizen (key word being legal) should be able to do so providing they follow the same footsteps that generations of immigrants before had to follow. If you’re not here legally, paying taxes and giving back to society, you should leave. I think all immigrants should have to serve in a Civil capacity, either with the military or public service. I think they should also be required to speak English. It just makes it easier on society as a whole.

These are my own personal beliefs and are not intended to persuade you in any way. They are not posted here as an introduction for debate. The web is large and if you disagree, that is your right (to do it some place else).
